Role:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 Business Central system.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system aligns with our business processes, enabling efficient and effective operations.
This role involves supporting end-users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system enhancements to maximize its capabilities spanning multiple locations as we grow.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in both production and non-production environments.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to assess system requests and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead business requirement gathering, specification, design, and testing efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 projects.
Serve as the primary IT contact for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 technical requirements.
Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 Version Upgrade process, including meetings and testing with key business users.
Create detailed user documentation and training materials for modifications, extensions, and customizations.
Provide new user training and support.
Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions Monitor and maintain the health of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 services, resolving issues promptly Requirements:
Proven experience in with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical personnel.
Solid understanding of Manufacturing operational process flows within Dynamics 365 A proven track record of managing IT projects Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Power BI competency for data analysis and reporting is nice to have Apps knowledge of Insight Works Job Type:
