Kennedy (JFK) International Airport in New York to drive the implementation and adoption of a new technology solution making the travel experience cleaner, safer and more enjoyable.
Duties:
? Communicate with customers to demonstrate the value and benefit of our product to encourage awareness and adoption.
? Demonstrate customer ownership by acting as the main point of contact for customers with questions, requests, or troubleshooting problems ? Provide customer and technical support by resolving onsite customer inquiries, exhibiting strong product knowledge, problem solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the appropriate solution is identified.
? Consistently and effectively share product knowledge easily with customers and promote the benefits of the product without being aggressive or intrusive.
? Ability to demonstrate product usage, respond to customer questions/concerns and encourage usage in a smart, collaborative manner.
? Demonstrate individual drive and self-motivation through the ability to meet individual sales targets and support larger team goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
? High School Diploma ? 2 years' experience in Sales, Customer Service or relatedfield.
? Prior airport experience (1 year) preferred.
? Must take ownership and be accountable for results and demonstrate an ability to operate without immediate supervision.
This position requires standing, walking, talking, and some repetitive movements throughout assigned shifts.
