Responsibilities will include but not limited to rent collection, knowledge of building systems, landlord -tenant court and governing city agencies, supervision of a maintenance staff, coordination of projects and repairs, and approval of maintenance invoices.
Management will require daily walkthroughs of properties.
Candidate must have excellent organizational and follow up skills and must be able to respond to all communications (phone, email etc.
) in a timely and professional manner.
A strong computer background is required.
Candidate must have their own car for daily work use.
Salary to start at $50,000.
