Customs documentation (open/closing / filing VSIE's), CBP7512, Invoices, Delivery Order, Air-waybill/Bill of Lading.
Compiles Data Entry from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms and prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Oversee daily inventories according to schedule and monitor stock levels to detect material reaching low stock and request cabin load of material and inform the concerned parties regarding changes, material shortages, excess and any deviations, etc.
Maximize the efficiency of our internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) while ensuring seamless integration with our workflow.
