Analyze all aspects of sales, marketing, import and distribution operations to develop and devise sales strategies for specific target areas in order to increase our companys profitability; Confer with potential VIP clients in the high-end fashion industry regarding their specific import, warehousing, distribution and domestic delivery service requirements and provide them with most opportune routing of material and pricing; Responsible for researching market conditions for determining industry and current market trends for accurately projecting sales; Analyze service offerings and price positioning regarding all relevant competitors in order to devise innovative logistics solutions and generate reports for executive management; Analyze statistical data and information that impact business performance, including information regarding competitors, prices variations, sales trends, distribution networks, and market conditions to develop sales and promotional strategies; Execute sales plans and strategies as directed by corporate management team; Establish sales territories, quotas, short and long-range goals for sales representatives for acquiring client accounts, oversee the maintenance of the existing accounts and ensure timely resolution of potential problems that may arise regarding shipping details that affect our business with our international accounts; Review terms of sale agreement executed by sales representatives, and generate reports summarizing sales activity for review by our senior executives.
Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as General Manager, or related. Related experience must include the following: Freight Forwarding industry; Research market conditions and forecast sales trends; and, Determine most opportune routing of material and shipping rates.
Bachelors Degree in International Business, or related.
