Overview of the Role:
The Field Sales Representative at Privia is embedded into their market and their key responsibilities are to build relationships with prospective physician practices, generating qualified leads for a specified territory of accounts by telephone calling, canvassing in the field, research meetings and record upkeep to support the initial phase of our highly complex sales process. The goal is to significantly grow the number of unique encounters with prospects and to increase market share by following an aggressive growth strategy.

Primary Job Duties:
Conduct targeted, relationship-building, in-person calls on prospective independent physician practices to identify decision makers and qualify opportunities with the goal of setting qualified appointments
Track activities, leads, and pending deals in Salesforce (CRM) and participate in weekly sales meetings and calls with internal and external teams
Collaborate closely with in-office Sales Operations & Strategy (SOS) Associates to gather intelligence, research, and qualify prospects
Develop strategies for maximizing our presence in-market
Contribute new ideas and share best practices with a rapidly scaling national sales team
Create relationships with potential partners
Follow through with communications to prospects
Work with the varied constituencies in Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation with top accounts and new opportunities
Help to segment a market/region with the Director to further develop a target list of independent primary care practices

Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Must provide own transportation - mileage is reimbursable
Demonstrable qualities of tenacity, perseverance, hustle, thick skin and focus
Motivated, metrics-driven, self-starter with an excellent work ethic
Excellent time management, communication, analytical and organizational skills
A history of selling products or services, especially in a non-professional setting (preferable)
Strong objection management and sales techniques (preferable)
Healthcare experience working with physician offices (preferable)
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com (preferable)
Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations
